Accessibility Statement - Although the Web master has made all attempts to ensure accessibility for each page, data table and image, there may be sections which are not fully accessible. Not all browsers or screen readers equally support all foreign languages, so the priorities have been to first encode content in Unicode then ensure that it is visually correct. When Unicode compliance has not been possible, visual appearance has been chosen instead, although most content includes descriptive parallel text. Please contact ejp10@psu.edu if you have any concerns or comments to send.
